Click Homeware aims to provide our customers with excellent and quality service. Our terms of policy are 30 days refundable or exchange provided it meets our term of policy. 14 days begins from the purchase date. Please note: to Validate any of our terms and condition, customers must contact us before any claims acknowledged. For any refunds or exchange please allow us within the 30days for us to process your claim. we hope to resolve the claims soon as possible. 

1) Returns or exchange

1.1.    Any returns or exchange must be in its original form (unopened, unused or reasonably condition) within the 30 days of purchase.

1.2.    Any returns or exchange postage and packaging are customers responsible, unless it has been agreed by Simple link team member. For all returns or exchange we strongly              recommend to use a recorded delivery service.

1.3.    Any claims made after the 30 days we will not accept any returns or exchange.

1.4.    If any product have been return to us without any acknowledgement or mutual agreement by both parties, we will not accept any refund or exchange.

1.5.     For any refunds or exchange please allow us within the 30days for us to process your claim. we hope to resolve the claims soon as possible. 


2) Faulty or Damaged items.


2.1. Any faulty items please contact us immediately, we then hope to replace the item or resolve it. We apologise for the inconvenient this is due to a manufacturing problem.

2.2. We provide 30 days warranty starting from the purchase date, after the expiry date, we cannot hold any liability, please check for individual items does it contain warranty.

2.3. The customer is responsible to check if any parcel have been tampered with before acceptance. If you feel this parcel may been tampered with please refuse to accept the parcel and ask them to return it back. We kindly ask customer to take a photograph and report to us immediately. If the parcel have been tampered with and customer has accepted and it's in customers possession, we may refuse for a refund or exchange.

2.4. If any product where to be damaged upon arrival, a refund or exchanged will be acknowledged once you have notified us, we request a photo evidence or we ask you to return the item. After a inspection have been verified, we will offer you a refund or exchange. We will pay for postage and packages.

3) Incorrect or non described item.


3.1. If you have received a wrong item, we apologies this happens time to time, please contact us immediately and we will provide you with the correct one, with postage and packages paid for.

3.2. If your product does not match the description(s) please contact us and we will replace you with the correct product(s).

3.3. If any colour variation may vary from actual due to screen resolutions or screen contrast Ect: Please take this to consideration that we cannot guarantee a exact colour on the screen shows. we try our best to provide you with much details as possible. Please note: We do not accept a refund or exchange due to a colour issues unless it is completely different colour.
